
Sylwia Hanff – dancer (butoh, contemporary and Oriental dance), teacher of dance, Kundalini Yoga and meditation of labirynth, mime-dancer, curator of dance therapy courses; graduate from philosophy faculty (University of Warsaw) and manager of culture. She learned butoh at the greatest masters: Ko Murobushi, DaisukeYashimoto, Carlotta Ikeda, Atsushi Takenouchi, Kan Katsura, Tadashi Endo; she has recommendation of the following butoh dancers: Atsushi Takenouchi, Kan Katsura, Gabriella Daris. She prepared butoh workshops and choreotherapy based on butoh with Atsushi Takenouchi for dancers, special pedagogues and families with children. She was associated with the Warszawski Teatr Pantomimy, the National Theatre, the National Opera, the Teatr Powszechny in Warsaw and with the Studio Mimów Stefana Niedziałkowskiego at the Teatr na Woli. She co-operates with physical and experimental theatres. She founded and has led the Teatr LIMEN.
